Who we are

SolarPrograms.com is an independent information and referral site. We are not a government agency, a utility, a solar installer, a lender, or a tax adviser. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, utility, or incentive program, including the programs we describe.

Information on this site

Our state guides are for general education and are not legal, tax, or financial advice. We check them against official sources every day (see our methodology), but incentives, rates and rules change often and we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current. Incentives and rates change often and depend on your utility, location and tax situation. Confirm the details that apply to you with your utility and a licensed tax professional before you sign a contract.

Quote requests

When you submit a quote request, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your request and may share your details with up to three solar installers who serve your area, so they can contact you by phone or email about a quote. We match your request using the details you enter, such as your state, ZIP code and utility.

Installers are independent businesses. We do not sell, install or finance solar systems, and any agreement you make is between you and the installer. We do not guarantee any installer's prices, work, availability, or the savings a system will produce. Getting quotes is free and does not commit you to anything. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase.

How we make money

We may receive a referral fee from installers when we connect them with people who request quotes. Referral fees never change what our state guides say. We do not sell your information to data brokers.

Your choices

You can stop further contact from us, or ask us to show, correct or delete the information you submitted, at any time through our contact page or by email at [email protected]. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Using the site

Please do not submit information about another person without their permission, submit false information, or use automated tools in a way that disrupts the site.

Links to other sites

We link to official program, utility and government pages so you can check the details yourself. We are not responsible for the content of those sites.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Syndik8 Technologies is not liable for decisions made based on information on this site.
